For the Love of Grass

GrassStraw_5020
OK, I admit it. I’m a Gramineaphile, that is to say a lover of grass. Grass is the dominant vegetation in many parts of the world and the basis of nourishment for many animals and insects. The words growth and green are both derived from the ancient Germanic word for grass. There would be neither lawns or golf courses without grass.

Grass has a special relationship with the wind, that is the major source of its pollination. A swaying field of grass plays like a symphony of love where the graceful beauty of the flow sings of harmony.

Grass is a favorite child of the earth, the sun and the wind. Water does all it can to reach its roots.

When you think of all the grass in the world, you’ll realize that gramineaphiles are great lovers.
