Chaos Theory in Slow Motion
Chaos theory deals with calculating what can’t be calculated because too many factors influence developments. Weather, for example, is a chaotic system. Because of the sun, clouds, temperatures, winds, ocean streams, surroundings and much more it is impossible to predict the weather six days in advance.
The ocean is a chaotic system. Throw a bunch of basketballs in the middle of the ocean and they will wind up in completely different areas. It’s impossible to calculate where any one ball will go.
The society of people is a chaotic system changing all the time: new tasks, now places, new jobs, new studies, new relationships, new rules, new conditions.
It’s impossible to predict where or when the next human storm will break out. We only know that it will come.
The next human tsunami?
It will happen.

didn’t have to worry about getting hit by lightning.”
