Politically Correct Exceptional Injustice

Gov. Snyder, the man responsible for poisoning the children of Flint, Michigan, has been questioned by a congressional hearing. Note ”hearing”!

Stealing a loaf of bread is a crime. Driving too fast is a crime. Smoking a joint is a crime. Poisoning 100.000 people, killing a few (legionnaires sickness), permanently damaging 100s of children and causing incalculable distress is NOT a crime. When one of the exceptional people in the exceptional land causes exceptional harm and destruction it is a crisis. A crisis doesn’t require a criminal investigation or a trial. A hearing will do.

(The screaming you hear in the background is wild cursing coming from Lady Justice.)

Two, and only two, of the congressional questioners ”even went so far as to publicly call for Snyder’s resignation.”

Note, ”even” and ”went so far”. This statement with those exact words appeared and were heard throughout the media. They are meant to show toughness. The poisoner of children was asked to leave his job. Asked! The politically correct expression is ”to call for a resignation.” It boils down to appealing to this moral-deficient monster to (pretty please) do the moral thing.

One of the two toughies even added “People who put dollars above people do not belong in government.” I wonder what government he was referring to?

I don’t know what’s going to happen to Snyder. If it was up to me, I would, in the interest of justice, turn him over to people whose children he poisoned and allow them to deal with him as they see fit.

But such exceptional political incorrectness is not going to happen, is it.

“A progressive passionately opposes capital punishment
for murderers, rapists and pedophiles
but posts no passion for the murderers of children
because collateral damage isn’t spelled
with a politically correct capital.”
