Blood Principles
Principles in my blood, wings on my mind
flying below the glitter to keep from going blind.
Trying to avoid the knives of the many without a dime;
the pack defending darkness claiming to be kind,
and the greasy golden rats diseased with legal crime.
I’m going to join the lovers who view truth a holy sign
