It’s For the Birds

Ornithology Professionals Society (OPS) in their newsletter ”For the Birds” warns about putting signs or text of any kind on bird houses. It is confusing, they claim, because birds assume the house belongs to an unknown species. It’s even worse for the birds that have learned to read. They feel intimidated because they can’t afford the rent.
