You can lock me in a cell
of decadent culture
behind bars of propaganda
but you can’t prevent me
from seeing what there is to see.
You invade, occupy and devastate
kill, maim and desolate
with technological frenzy
and historic proportions
and tell me
that all opposition
is terrorism.
