A Liberal in Golden Rain
A liberal is a sight to see,
not unlike a hollow tree.
He claims we’re getting pissing on
but it really isn’t pee.
John W. Whitehead, for example, states explicitly
”Americans don’t have a right to express themselves if what they are saying is unpopular, controversial or at odds with what the government determines to be acceptable.”
/—/
”Whether it’s through the use of so-called ’free speech zones,’ the requirement of speech permits, the policing of online forums, or a litany of laws and policies that criminalize expressive activities, what we’re seeing is the caging of free speech.”
/—/
”if we no longer have the right to protest unjust laws by voicing our opinions in public or on our clothing or before a legislative body—no matter how unpopular or anti-government those opinions might be—then we do not have free speech.”
Summary:
Americans don’t have a right to express themselves.
Freedom is caged.
We have no free speech.
Therefore, says the liberal, ”Help us keep freedom alive. Donate.”
You’re supposed to be a lawyer, John, how can freedom be alive without free speech?”
or
Donate ”in support of our critical efforts to keep the nation free.”
Once again, John, how can you keep something that doesn’t exist? What is free about a nation that has no free speech?
Wake up, Whitehead! America is not a free nation. We are not only getting pissed on, but shit on and fucked as well. You don’t like my language? I don’t like yours either. The pompous style stinks of obnoxious suppositions. But I’ll defend your right to speak eloquent nonsense freely.

It’s poisonous.”

I’m very confused! I have followed John Whitehead and read his book, “Battlefield America” and he does NOT contend America is a free country or that we enjoy free speech. He claims with no mincing of words that America is merely one huge police state!
Thanks for your reply.
John W is a lawyer. He doesn’t use words carelessly. Why then does he state, “… support of our critical efforts to keep the nation free.”? This may seem like nitpicking but it’s typical for liberals to deny the totalitarian nature of the “nation” (empire.) It hides the essential fact that the government is not merely bad, but the enemy of the people; not a question of “keeping the nation free”, but of struggling for freedom despite living in an unfree state. It is understandable that you are confused. Confusion stems from the liberal narrative condemning the state of affairs while encouraging futile efforts to repair it. I will continue to give examples of liberal intellectual hypocrisy in upcoming posts.
