Golden Mona Lisa of the Andes
Professional racists are not like the KKKers, Aryans or Keep-our-group-pure pushers. The pros are salaried and work behind the scenes to promote hatred and spread conflict by exploiting the differences between people. The standard hate groups are light pistols compared to these hellfire-missile pros.
A recent incident in Sweden can illustrate one of their favorite tricks. You’ve probably experienced something similar no matter where you are.
A cop’s facebook comment bounced around the media a few days ago. ”It’s taboo to mention that the majority of all crime is committed by immigrants.”
The professional prejudice promoters love this tactic. It’s easily started and spreads by itself, anywhere, every time. Repeat the cop’s sentiments in a group and note the nods of affirmation. This ”truth” about the ”majority of criminals” is a grain of sand covered with 4 layers of silent lies to produce a pearl of hate highly valued by the rulers.
1. Although the race, nationality, religion or ethnicity of the criminals in question vary with time and place, they are always, without exception, the poorest segment of society. Anyone can always say, ”It’s taboo to mention that the majority of all crime is committed by the poor people.” Surprise! Surprise! Replacing ”poor people” with the name of a specific group stimulates hate and prejudices. It’s depressing to see how this vulgar old trick works so often, and how eagerly the media play their part in spreading this garbage.
2. Rarely is it mentioned that the poor people—whatever the group—make up 90% of the victims to these crimes. The media has a mysterious tendency to forget this fact.
3. The rate of crime in general, as with all social problems, rises and falls in direct proportion to the rate of inequality. In their book The Spirit Level professors Wilkinson and Pickett demonstrate the strong correlation between the wealth gap (inequality) and the extent of crime (social degradation). Their conclusions were built on a solid base of official statistics. No one in the media seems to have read this book or knows about it.
4. The great silent lie surrounding the ”majority of crime” tells us that the majority of crime is not committed by the poor and desperate, but by the rich and greedy. The crimes of the wealthy are tornados of theft, death and destruction compared to the breezes of individual, though often violent, crimes of the poor.
To take an example from Sweden, Carema, a private (vulture capitalist) company took over the care of old people from the community. They cheated on their commitments and charged the community 200 000 kr for personnel services that they didn’t provide. Old people lay in their own urine, went hours in pain and suffered other discomforts (in one case died) because of lack of attendance. When the cheating was exposed, the company was required to return the 200 000. No other penalties! No one was charged with a crime and the company continued to ”care” for the elderly.
That was just one of thousands of examples of crimes that are not crimes because they are committed by wealthy and influential people. What should we say about the authorities who decided that stealing money and causing helpless old people to suffer should be punished by requiring the thieves to pay back what the stole? These authorities commit no crime, do they?
This is a tiny example. Not paying taxes by stashing money in selected ”havens” is so common that’s it’s not even investigated or it’s called a loophole, In any case, no crime!
The major crimes are committed by society’s major players. Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld, for example, lied to the world about WMDs, invaded a country, caused incalculable destruction, killed 100s of thousands of people while maiming and displacing millions of others. All the crimes of all the poor criminals in the world can’t match that. Yet these supreme criminals are never referred to as criminals and never come anywhere near the crime statistics reserved for the poor. These illustrious bastards could even boast about using high-tech terrorism, ”shock-and-awe”, and continue to parade as honorable individuals.
Obama could flaunt international law, as well as basic judicial ones as old as the Magna Charta, and kill suspects (no apprehension, defense or trial) along with thousands of babies, brides and grandparents in the vicinity, in sovereign countries, without anyone accusing him of being a criminal.
You get the picture. To summarize:
The majority of crime is caused by the wealthy and greedy not the poor and needy.

The very same day that the tyrant took power he started declaring (signing) laws, rules and regulations. They call the tyrant a president, but the president of the US is forbidden by the constitution to enact laws, rules and regulations. This constraint on the president is a cornerstone of American law. It is one of the conditions defining the character of the United States as stipulated in no uncertain terms by the constitution of the land. Congress makes the laws, rules and regulations. The president sees to it that the decisions of Congress are adapted in practice. Should the person in charge enact law, rules and regulations, that person cannot formally represent the US constitution and cannot legally be considered the president.
Tyrant may not be the best term for the person in charge, but either the term president does not apply or the constitution of the United States of American does not apply.
Deal with it!

Lighten up! We’ve never had a court clown this good. He’s hilarious; bombastic, arrogant, unpredictable, undependable, vulgar as a solid-gold toilet and delusional as a drunk mouse challenging a cat. Everyone loves him or loves to hate him.
The Cocos (the Corporate Commanders, the real rulers) were overjoyed with his initial success. He split the population deeper than any one of his predecessors and managed to defuse the latent aggression of average citizens.
The Cocos are not so happy with him now, and I can almost—almost—feel sorry for him. He’s faced with the impossible task of starting a fight with someone. That’s what the empire does best. War injects fear into the public and profits into the weapons industry. But who to fight with?
Formally the president is the Commander in Chief of the armed forces, ”the greatest fighting force (GFF) in the history of the world.” That’s what they tell themselves and most of them believe it in spite of the fact that the GFF has been losing against rifle-armed farmers in Afghanistan after 16 years of battle. According to General John Nicholson they’ve now reached a stalemate. I don’t know how many bulls John has met in Afghanistan, but he seems to have learned their language. The Taliban (the Afghanis) have been steadily gaining ground and control more territory today than they did 15 years ago. Translating John’s public stalemate declaration into honest military terminology = ”We’re in deep shit.”
The boots on the ground in Iraq are caked with similar brown sludge. The Iraqi troops trained by experts from the GFF would have trouble defeating old ladies pushing walkers. Consider the following picture showing these troops on their way to Mosul (where they got their ass kicked despite superiority in numbers and equipment.)

The ”soldier” on the right looks like he was trained in eating milkshakes with halvah. When I was in the army we had to move around a lot and often quickly. This guy looks as tho he couldn’t run passed a sandwich.
If the GFF can’t cope with little guys in small poor countries how are they to deal with well-equipped and well-trained soldiers in big powerful countries? Didn’t the most elite forces of the GFF just get bitch-slapped by Yemeni insurgents?
The new top clown provoked China; contacts with Taiwan, threats of tariffs, naval maneuvers in the South China Sea and belligerent language. China merely called in a few of its economic chips, of which they have many, and the clown was on the phone apologizing like a schoolboy who ”forgot” to hand in his homework.
North Korea then heard from the clown making bully-bad noises. They responded by sending an ICBM from the deepest part of their territory to land some 500 km away just short of the territorial waters of Japan where 23 US military bases sit like ducks. NK claims these ICBMs have a range of 3000 to 4000 kms. They may be exaggerating, but the clown didn’t make any further noises.
Now Iran competes for the position of prime enemy of the empire. It’s much stronger than Afghanistan and Iraq together, more populated and has a modern well-prepared military. ”Well-prepared” is a key word. While the US’s GFF has been built to fight anyone anywhere under any conditions and to keep its worldwide network of bases supplied and protected (as well as keeping the military industry’s profitability well-oiled regardless of military efficiency), the rest of the world has built and is building its forces with the specific objective of defending against the GFF.
When Russia demonstrated the capacity and accuracy of its cruise missile striking a target in Syria the US backed an aircraft carrier out of the area faster that a black man could back out of a door accidentally opened to a KKK meeting.
It wouldn’t surprise me if one or more countries had underwater drone mines sleeping deep in the waters in the vicinity of US aircraft carriers. Should a war break out these $billion floating bases would sink like scrap iron.
So what’s the chief clown supposed to do? There’s no one weak or small enough to start a fight with. Unfortunately, the Cocos, his bosses, are desperate. The empire stumbles and the economic situation threatens to explode like a drone mine under an aircraft carrier overloaded with debt-damaged aircraft. No clown is funny enough to tweek a laugh out of these circustances. Let’s enjoy this one while we can.

Shadow government, the 1%, deep state, the establishment, the oligarchy, …
Many names allude to ”powers that be”. Most of them miss the mark barely scratching the nature of the power-brokers in control.
Shadow government hints that Congress isn’t where it’s happening. Surprise! Surprise!
Speaking of the 1% sheds light on the heights of inequality, but misses the core of individuals running the show by some 3 million people.
Deep state? Are we speaking about the security apparatus or what?
Referring to the establishment paints an abstract picture of bureaucracy, but that’s common to most organizations.
The oligarchy tells us that a small group of people are in charge, but doesn’t specify if the group is made up of fake fundamentalists from Florida or perverted poster peddlers.
Plutocracy, rule of the wealthiest, would be a correct term and a specification of oligarchy, but it’s a clumsy term and unknown to most citizens.
Other correct, specific but clumsy terms generally unknown:
Kakistocracy = rule by the worst
Kleptocracy = rule by thieves
If we were to use clumsy and unknown terms, I’d go for
Sphincter ani externocracy = rule by assholes
Ruler is a simple and adequate term, but most people don’t make the distinction between leader and ruler even tho it’s the difference between being loved and getting fucked.
Cocos
I’ve created the term Cocos meaning Corporate Commanders to fill the gap. Cocos doesn’t merely streamline Corprocracy, rule of the corporations, it also underlines that people, not companies or abstractions, manipulate the controls of politics. Altho difficult to launch a new term, it doesn’t matter as long as people continue to allow themselves to be diverted from reality by the clowns, con artists and the corrupt congressional cuckoos working for the Cocos. The cocos are in charge… in the shadows. We need not know their names or even who they are, no more than we need to know the names of soldiers attacking us or the names of the officers commanding them.
The main and vital difference between Cocos and the other terms that allude to the people in control (in the shadows), stipulates emphatically that the tiny group of giga-wealthy and super powerful people in control are the enemy—ENEMY—of the great majority of the citizens they control and exploit. Despite their wealth they are in constant search of getting more. From everyone. They don’t care how poor, weak or desolate you are. If they can find a way to take a few pennies, they’ll do it. They’ve done it before. They’re doing it now. They’ll do it in the future. As long as we allow it. As long as we allow ourselves to be diverted by their clowns and cuckoos they will take whatever they can get from us. They will take and take; lie, steal, suppress, surveil, imprison, kill and do whatever it takes to take whatever they can get. As long as we allow a tiny group of Cocos to command the fate of the vast majority of the people they will take and take and take until they’ve taken the last drop of possible survival. For everyone including themselves.
As long as we allow it.
