My sadness for humanity has two sides. The one understands the difficulties and suffering of the present age and the other sees the happiness that can, but may not, be.
Happiness. That might very well be the goal of life and society. Happiness implies a security of needs. Many “wants” may be difficult to achieve, but everyone’s needs must be secure: food, shelter, clothing, work, respect, electricity, water (a good supply of pure drinking water), transportation, education, health support and remedy, recreation and love.
Let us not forget love. What if the state of relationships were monitored as frequently as stocks and finance. Or the state of health? How many beds are occupied? What sicknesses are growing and which one are decreasing? What’s the waiting time for different problems? And on and on. A never ending flow of information runs through health care. We should know the general health of our community as well as we know our own.
Back to the sadness because of the happiness that can be.
A woman was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a great doctor who told her straight out, “You got a 35% chance of survival, but we are going to do everything in our power to get you through this.” And they did, two operations, severe chemotherapy followed by radiation so strong that she had burn marks on her body. But it worked. And that was almost 15 years ago. She never would have seen her five grandchildren, all of them beautiful, talented and clever as grandchildren inevitably are.
That’s a true story. It is much easier to swallow than the one that follows.
Humanity has a cancer and the chances of survival are considerably less than 30%. If we are going to get through this “operations” will be required, chemotherapy in the form of deprivation and radiation in the form of conflict. It’s going to be a tough battle. If we can win it, there’s pure happiness on the other side; the happiness of grandchildren; the happiness of love in freedom; the happiness of confidence; the happiness of motivation; the happiness of health; the happiness of being seen and needed.
We are not only fighting to defeat evil, we are fighting for our own happiness. Together we provide everyone with their needs so that every individual has the opportunity to pursue their happiness.

The people trapped in Gaza suffer from chronic deprivation, that is to say, they are in a constant state of need. They lack drinking water, food, oil, medical supplies, electricity, schools, flowers and laughter. The people of Gaza are exposed to genocide in slow motion. People are dying daily from deprivation related causes.
(Forced) Chronic Deprivation = slow motion genocide.
Deafening Silence (about this massive crime) = Complicity, criminal negligence.
Expose the ”authorities” who cannot see, hear or talk about Gaza.

The people who are outside the law are outlaws, thieves and killers. The exclusive lifestyle, the fancy titles and the prestige awards testify to privileges outside the law, I’m too big to fail and too big to jail. I don’t follow your rules, or the laws of nature. We outside the laws make the rules, we are the rulers, profit rules, the outlaws rule.
The profit obsessed brain zooms and focuses on anything that can be profitable, increase my wealth. As wealth accumulates more and more time and energy analyze the possibilities of accumulating more wealth. And so on. People were not part of the calculations from the very beginning and grew further and further out of sight with every pound of accumulated wealth. By the time one becomes an outlaw, no difference exists between humans and commodities.

Public transportation should be public. And free. The infrastructure to aid people moving around should be owned and operated by the people through taxes, thereby lowering the cost of transportation for the commuters. There will be no need for ticket booths or check points or machines or the many people involved in checking to see that each individual has paid a particular price. Gone! All of that will be gone. People will travel and the transportation system will be paid for through taxes at a fraction of the price people now pay under the present control transportation. The taxes should not affect salaries of people already struggling with meager salaries. The businesses employing the commuters and well as those dependent on them as customers must share in the taxes.
Why all this high-tech and high-priced machinery with a regiment of guards to control people paying individually for the privilege of getting to work?
Public transportation (PT) is a right. It’s part of the commons. People don’t ride PT for the thrill of sitting in one of its vehicles. They use PT to get from one place to another. The great majority of PT users need it on a daily basis to get back and forth to work. Consumers, another major category, travel for food, clothing, entertainment, etc., The social category visits friends and relatives, goes to parties, church or other people gathering stuff.
The people want and should have a dependable, efficient and pleasant PT, something they can be proud of, at a very reasonable price, much less than they are now paying for the control system. The prevailing conditions prefer money to people so we shouldn’t expect anyone campaigning for free PT.
Free PT aims to lower the cost for commuters and improve the quality of the transportation system. The public will feel the effects immediately, no tickets, no gates, no controls, just hop on. Improvements in transportation will grow organically fertilized with commuter feedback.
PT! That’s for me!
BTW: Several successful zero-cost transportation systems function in several cities throughout the world. Rider frequency increases inevitably.

Humans share all of their needs in common and most of their wants. Their beliefs, nationalities, races, genders and other superficial differences do not affect their humanity. That’s biology. Beliefs change, races blend, nationalities shift, but the biological core of humanity remains constant.
If you are not walking the common human path forward, you are lost. Lost in another time, another world. Humans want peace, justice, respect, beauty, security, freedom, food, laughter, homes, work, friends, family, hugs, song, dance, honesty, trust and love. All humans, no matter how they’ve adapted to their environment, what they look like, what they wear, how they live… humans.
If you are not walking the common human path forward, you are lost. You can join us along the path and take any intellectual baggage you choose. That’s up to you. You are taking part in the struggle for humanity’s survival as a human regardless of your intellectual baggage.
We must resist the prevailing order that is geared toward economic gain. We’re living in Monopoly, but the game never ends. That’s sick! As are many of the people living under this order. Humans believe in the dignity of humans. All community policy has one and only one main priority, humans, to improve the conditions of the humans.
Nothing short of humans can save humanity.

Unlike the board game Monopoly, ours has an atmosphere with a fever, contaminated oceans, raging conflicts, trafficking, poverty, homelessness and the mask of the media suggesting that the rulers who are trashing the planet will solve all the problems they are causing. Lovely mask on a diseased face.

All over Europe the USA flag waves on articles of clothing and household decorations. The names of American cities sit on Ts, jackets and caps.
Words and graphics promoting America appear everywhere in many different forms, from Coca-Cola to Harley Davidson.
Most people are positively triggered to identify with the U.S.A.
History will project another perspective. In the future, the sight of an American flag will awaken revulsion similar to our reaction to a swastika. Imagine if every American symbol you encounter were a Nazi symbol instead. Not that Americans are like Nazis, but the death and destruction they distribute throughtout the world, not to mention injustice, impoverishment and surveillance, place the leadership, the rulers, at seats of honor among mass murders and master tyrannts.
The future has a tendency to see results. History will read the millions of words used to silence the testimony of 100s of 1000s of dead children’s blood. The future has a tendency to give priority to results. How many millions of lives will it take? How long before the arrogance turns to shit?

Beauty, love and health are not constants.
If you rip up a mountain forest and frack the hell out of the landscape, you rip up beauty and replace it with ugly.
If you start wars and spread conflict, you tear up love and replace it with hate.
If you contaminate the oceans, pollute the air and commercialize the nourishment out of food, you break down health and replace it with sickness.
Of course it’s not you who is diminishing beauty, love and health in the world. You’re just a victim. Not an innocent one, but at least you are discussing this with friends, relatives and other people in search of a way to reverse the trend, aren’t you?
“Beauty and love are eternal.
But there are places they don’t like to go.”
