When a phrase or concept dances on the stage of the mainstream media, we can be certain that it’s supposed to be there. Nothing captures the spotlight unless the producers of the show write it into the script.
The recent barbarity of the Israeli bombardment campaign caused the phrase ”disproportionate response” to leap from the mouths of government officials, journalists and pundits in a great mass-media puppet show where defenders and critics of ”disproportionate response” battled it out with proper words, correct grammar and approved style. The pounding of keyboards could be heard far into the night. Disproportionate response improper clashed with disproportionate response adequate on the media battlefield. It was a ferocious affair. Sound and fury, signifying sophisticated propaganda.
The phrase worked as efficiently as a hellfire missile. The truth didn’t have a chance. I might have missed it, but nowhere did I read about the Israeli campaign of mass murder. For that’s what it was. The thousands of dead Palestinians didn’t die of disproportionality, they died of being bombed and shot, in their own homes and neighborhood streets, in hospitals, schools or playing football on the beach. They were murdered.
Let’s not forget the ”response” part of the phrase implying, not too vaguely, that it was the victims fault. The occupiers, the suppressors, were forced to respond to the hostility of the impoverished people in the concentration camp. Kill ’em! Destroy their homes, water suppy, power plants and anything else needed for survival. Mow them down like grass. Kill ’em! …

For over six decades Israel has been stealing, killing and breathing lies. Their crimes have gone unpunished. The Palestinians are hanging on to the last remains of what had been their country and their prospects are dark.
The blatant crimes against humanity could not have harvested so much blood, caused so much destruction and ravished so much justice under so many years without the Israel Deniers, the powerful people permitting, defending, and supporting Israel while denying their criminality. This in turn has been possible because all too many people deny the nature of the Israel Deniers.
If the UN was an honorable organization, it would have expelled Israel long ago. Israel doesn’t behave like a civilized nation, has broken the most important principles of the UN charter, and has failed to comply with UN decisions. The UN denies the criminal nature of Israel by allowing it to be among its members. Or is the UN an organization of uncivilized nations?
It’s no secret that the UN is dominated by the USA, the chief supporter of Israel and the main denier of its criminality. Israel is, for all practical purposes, a combination of USA’s 51st State and its primary military base. It is only denial that keeps the USA from being named Headquarters of Criminality.
Denial keeps us from seeing that the uncivilized nations of the world are the homes of civilized people controlled by the administration (government) of the international network of the super wealthy, the 1%. Our leaders don’t lead us, they rule us. They deny blatant criminality, because they work for the criminals.
Can this be denied?

Those who defend Israel, defend occupation, aggression, suppression, apartheid and genocide. They defend tearing up orchards and tearing down homes; building walls to imprison communities; driving people off their land, controlling their movements, harassing them, jailing, torturing and killing them. They defend the bombing of homes, schools, hospitals, old ladies and children. They defend injustice, lies, murder, hate and crimes against humanity. They are in other words deniers of the nature of Israel.
Like climate deniers, they are a minority with powerful backers and access to broad media channels creating the appearance of numbers and importance far greater than reality can witness. Although facts on the ground keep decimating their numbers, they still do considerable damage.
Besides their juggling acts on the stage of the mainstream media, they troll the internet. Wikipedia defines a troll as a person who sows discord by starting arguments or upsetting people by posting inflammatory messages with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
Trolls, disguised as normal commentators, are often agents. Some of them have been exposed as appearing under many identities. Characteristically, they attack the people posting or commenting, while avoiding the message. They rarely engage in a discussion based on content.
How should we deal with the Israel denier trolls? Don’t get sucked into a discussion with them. If you must reply, say, ”Troll! Stick to the topic.” Stating a clear question about a specific point and getting an irrelevant reply will tell you that you are dealing with a troll.
Post a picture of the four maps below as often as possible, in all social media. Most important, discuss how to stop the Israel campaign of genocide, and not if they are genocidal or not.
Don’t be afraid of being accused of anti-Semitism! Reply that you are for the Semites, the Palestinians (who are more semite than the Israelis); that you are anti-apartheid, anti-racism, anti-genocide and anti the Israeli form of fascism.

Her father called her Sparkle. Grandma claimed her beauty could crack a stone. The judgement of a grandma can be subjective, but Sparkle was undoubtedly a happy and healthy four-year-old who left a trail of smiles on the faces of the people she bounced by.
Sparkle is dead, dead as the rag doll by her side under the rubble of what had been her home. The hell fire from drone-launched missiles doesn’t discriminate between between walls, dolls or kids. Or grandmas.
Sparkle wasn’t murdered alone. Happiness, smiles and love were slaughtered with her. The void was instantly filled with grief, rage and hate.
These massacres are repeated week after week in remote villages from Pakistan to Sudan. They are almost always sandwich attacks. Minutes after the initial slaughter, new hellfire missiles explode among those who rush to the sceen to help possible survivors.
You won’t see the crushed body of Sparkle on your TV-screen or in your newspaper. How could you? There’s no room for such insignificant innocents among the giant puppets wearing human-like smiles. You won’t see the fear that Sparkle’s terrorized playmates will grow up with either. Or the hate. The puppets must have their space to wiggle their limbs and speak of freedom.

– There are still some bugs in the program. A little too much and it took too long. The duration between the last time and this one was OK. We might even shorten it somewhat.
– Too much killing? We shouldn’t have killed so many?
– No. Who cares about the Palestinians? If we could have killed even more and got out even quicker, everything would have been fine. It took too long.

– Didn’t they teach you anything? Too long in the news.

– If it’s not in the news, it’s not happening and hasn’t happened. The people have a short attention span and other stuff grabs their attention.
– Well, what do we care?
– WE don’t care, but it’s embarrassing for our friends. They have to pretend to care. They have to say things that make it appear as though they care. The longer it takes us, the longer it stays in the news, the more difficult it is for them to explain why they’re not doing anything, and they complain to us.
– And now?
– Now it’s a cease fire, peace, negotiations. Now we can relax and prepare for the next time.
– When will that be?
– We’re not sure. We must analyze the situation. My guess is a couple of years. We’ll drain their strength and weaken them until then.
– Won’t the people claim we’re doing it again?
– No. They don’t remember what happened last week, how are they going to remember what happened a couple of years ago. Did they make any mention this time about the last bombing campaign?
– A little.
– Big deal! We’ve been doing this for over 60 years and will soon be finished. The whole country will be ours.

Khalil, 10 years old, resident of a refugee camp, committed the crime of throwing a stone at an armored vehicle. He paid for his crime almost immediately. His judge, jury and executioner, an IDF soldier who had been in the vehicle, shot him in the back before he got 50 meters away. For those of you not familiar with weapons, 50 meters is as good as point-blank range for a military rifle. The soldier wasn’t trying to warn, scare or stop him. It was premeditated murder of a 10 year-old who dared throw a stone at an armored vehicle of the occupying forces.
The bestiality of this killing was so obvious, that the IDF claimed to regret the death.
Regret the death! I regret breaking a cup, or forgetting a birthday, or believing the promises of a politician, so let’s be deadly honest, the IDF doesn’t regret the death (murder/killing/execution) of a Palestinian of any age or gender. The real regret concerns exposing the savage nature of the IDF. We didn’t hear of regrets when IDF snipers snuffed out the lives of children recently. So much killing, bombing and destruction was going on at the time that hardly anyone outside of Gaza noticed. No notice, no regrets.
Perception management is the name of the game. The unseen rulers determine what we look at and what we see. Public perception is managed to stare in horror at the beheading of a journalist. Beheading—guillotine raw—kills quickly and relatively painlessly, like hanging, lethal injection, electrocution and other forms legalised murder. Real horror is when a father tries to stop the life from bleeding out of a bullets hole in the back of his ten-year-old son on the way to a hospital in a private car because no ambulances are available to refugee camp inhabitants, and the car is so shaky, his tears so heavy and his hopes so desperate that he keeps seeing signs of life in the lifeless body before they arrive at the hospital.
Rest in peace, Khalil. I’m so sorry your stone didn’t have more effect. But how could it? The real Goliath was far away. Let’s hope your friends improve their perception.

Bibi is Benjamin Netanyahu’s nickname and Caroline Glick (“the most prominent woman in Israel”) is the bitch.
The three main meanings of the word bitch:
1. a female dog
2. an unpleasant (rude and cruel) woman
3. a person who is subservient to another:
The first definition doesn’t apply to Caroline. She’s not a dog and I have no intention of insulting dogs.
The second definition applies but doesn’t go far enough. This woman is evil. Or perhaps it’s sufficient to say she’s politically to the right of Bibi. Any comparisons to her and the infamous Catherine de’ Medici, who slaughtered thousands of Hugeunot Protestants, are fully understandable.
The third definition is problematic. Although she is obviously subservient to Bibi, “bitch” in this context implies sexual obedience. I have no evidence of any sexual liaison between these two, merely suspicions. Caroline’s career took off like a rocket after arriving in Israel from the USA at the age of 22. She was made captain in the army after just 5 years (It took the native born Bibi 7.) and soon after leaving the IDF she became Netanyahu’s assistant foreign policy advisor. I’d be foolish not to suspect a career launched from a mattress. She obviously likes to take Bibi’s words in her mouth, but I have no idea if she admires Monica Lewinsky. I repeat that I haven’t the slightest evidence of any sexual hanky-panky merely suspicions.
Instead of speculating about what goes into Caroline’s mouth, let’s witness what come out. She recently wrote a piece for the Jerusalem Post explaining the Israeli-Egyptian-Saudi Alliance. We need nothing more than the opening sentence to understand her perspective:

If there is still any doubt concerning the moral rot of this woman, try reading this: “The Obama administration’s decision to side with the members of the jihadist axis against Israel by adopting their demand to open Gaza’s borders with Israel and Egypt …”
Obama is siding with the jihadist axis against Israel! Oh, come down to this planet! Not even people with a mouth the size of Bibi’s bitch can swallow that. The gigantic fact that the people and the countries of the world demand an end to the blockade of Gaza can’t be stuffed into a little black hole called the jihadist axis. And besides, the world knows all too well by now that Obama’s words mean nothing.
